Pastor R Dale Alston Sr. is the senior pastor of the Pentecostal Temple COGIC based in Buffalo, New York. Pastor Alston believes the transforming power of Jesus Christ that has changed his life forever.  As God has turned Pastor Alston's life around he believes that God can turn anyone's life to the right direction.

We want to help you get to know God better in a way that would help you to become who God created you to be. No matter where you are at in life God will meet you there and will not leave you there. Your first step that we have at the Pentecostal Temple church is our '180° Turn Around' ministry, this is where your journey begins in Christ Jesus.

Pastor Alston believes that you must have a turnaround to the right direction before you can move  forward. In moving forward we must move beyond our past grief that life has given us, this is why we also have a grief recovery ministry. We believe that strong families start with strong foundation. We partner with parents to help raise the next generation to have strong relationships with Jesus Christ. This is why we have an emphasis on youth ministries, for children and teens to grow closer to God. We believe that the children are our future and the future begins today. We believe as God has transformed us we are able to transform our families, friends, and communities.  We emphasize on outreach ministries at the Pentecostal Temple church for we believe that someone had to reach out to us and show the grace of God; therefore, we have to show grace and mercy to others.

Pastor Alston is the husband of Lady Corrine Alston, the father of three children Ronald Jr., Brandon, and Brandi; and has two granddaughters.
